The Net W by Fasem is a lounge chair with a steel frame in various powder coat finishes, and a seat and backrest made entirely of interwoven full-grain hide leather. The visible cut of the weaves highlights the quality of Fasem's full-grain hide leather, which displays a warm color scheme.  The manual craftsmanship together with the high-quality materials makes this an immediately recognizable and impactful armchair.

The Net W Louinge Chair was designed by Giancarlo Vegni.  Vegni studied at the Art School of Cascina in Pisa.  During the 1980s Vegni introduced numerous innovative solutions in the design of kitchens.  Since then he enlarged his interests and went on to design a wide range of products and important interiors.  His predilection for clean signs, round lines, and modular geometries characterizes his work and the work of the design studio he leads.

Besides Fasem, Vegni has worked for such Italian companies as Effeti, Edra, Zanussi, Lema, Candy, Valli & Valli.
